Rebeca Grynspan

Ibero-American Secretary General. In 2010, she was elected Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN) and Associate Administrator of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Between 2006 and 2010 she was UNDP Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. Before joining the UN, she was Vice-President of Costa Rica (1994-1998).
