Mauricio Cárdenas

Senior Visiting Researcher at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University. He is also a visiting professor at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at the same university. He was Minister of Finance of Colombia between 2012 and 2018. He was also Minister in four other portfolios: Economic Development (Industry and Housing), Transportation, Planning, Mines and Energy.
