The management of land and natural resources is one of the most critical challenges facing developing countries today. That is why we support countries to sustainably manage ecosystem services and goods, to improve governance of water sources and oceans, and properly manage waste and chemicals residues.

UNDP supports efforts to expand clean energy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by deforestation and forest degradation partnering with governments, the private sector and communities to work together to address challenging issues.
